This Privacy Policy applies to personal data processed in connection with the use of Carats.Online ("Carats.Online"), a software platform operated by Midarix Technologies Pte. Ltd. (Singapore).

  • Customer Data entered into the system by users

  • in jurisdictions outside Singapore

Such processing is limited to what is necessary for service delivery.

However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

  • for as long as required to provide the service
  • in accordance with operational practices, backup cycles, and legal requirements

If a subscription is inactive, suspended, or terminated (including due to non-payment), data may be deleted in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

We are not responsible for retaining data indefinitely.

9. User Rights

Requests relating to personal data should be directed to the relevant customer acting as data controller.

We process data only on behalf of the customer and do not independently control such data.

10. Third-Party Services

The platform may rely on third-party services.

We are not responsible for the data practices of third-party providers outside our control.

Carats.Online uses cookies and similar technologies to support core functionality of the platform, including:
